Her laughter was a cascade of falling stars. “Evil, my dear mortal, is but a matter of perspective. In the grand tapestry of existence, we are all threads—some woven in shadow, others in light. What matters is the pattern we create.”

“Choose,” she whispered, her breath hot against my skin. “Will you condemn me based on my form, or will you see the fractured beauty within?”
