Flux Schnell
D&D has rebranded kobolds as little lizard people, but in the actual legends they where more dwarflike. I reimagined them as blue goblins. I liked the idea of making them blue since the element cobalt makes vivid blue pigments, and the element cobalt was named after the mythical kobold. I imagine them exhaling hydrogen sulfide and radon, and these gasses build up and persist in mines creating deadly hazards for miners.
