But in the decades following the ratification of the Solomon Accords, the military abandoned the installation and it was taken over by a patchwork quilt of the odds and ends of society. Artists, smugglers, a vigilante or two, a rogue member of a royal family in disquise, and at least one escaped lab experiment masquerading as an out of work interstellar cicus performer. And their lives are becoming intertwined in fascinating ways.
