Sauren Leo might pull this off briefly -- if she had the correct costume components to infuse. But the attempt would be a strain plus very restrictive.
The closest she normally gets to "clothing" is forming an obvious facsimile out of her own substance. This can include "body fur" that resembles an algal mat.
This image looks like her idea of a "real" girl. And becoming a "real" girl is at once her fondest dream and her worst nightmare.
