Molly Millions from Neuromancer by William Gibson
Molly Millions is a "Razorgirl" a melee-focused "Street Samurai" with cybernetic implants in her eyes, retractable razor sharp deadly claws in her fingers, nervous-system boosts and muscle enhancements for increased speed and agility. Her cybernetic eyes give her HUD information about targets in her field of vision and can interface with smart wired weapons for assisted aim. She is a mercenary for hire, and she's willing to do almost literally anything for the big score.
In this scene from the book, Molly was waiting for Case, a former "console cowboy" hacker because her employer, the mysterious and insanely wealthy Armitage wants to offer Case a job, but he has been avoiding her after several earlier encounters, thinking that she's been hired to kill him. She waits at "Cheap Hotel" - literally a sleep only place with coffin-like spaces to rent to get inexpensive rest, the only kind of place Case can afford.

The recently concluded challenge, centered upon your cherished novel, was nothing short of extraordinary. For one as devoted to reading as myself, beholding your submissions was a true delight.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude once more, and I am confident that those who cast their votes for the entries found as much enjoyment as I did.
Congratulations to our elegant and literary victors!
Now, we must devise a theme for the forthcoming challenge, which shall commence shortly.
I remind you that you still have this challenge to give your preference on the (eventual) alternation between uploads-yes and uploads-no (remember that the Pro Models are not up for discussion). Express your opinion below:
Stick around, we'll be starting another one soon!
