What a beautiful place to sit!  I love her hair and dress!

Thank you, my original idea was just her feet in the surf, but I didn't write the prompt correctly and got this which I thought was pretty good. 

She couldn't resist. As soon as the wedding ceremony was over and she wished the happy couple the best of luck, she headed over to the edge of the water to stick her feet in. At first as she sat on ths sand, and let the water lap at her feet. But soon the water was rushing up around her and she was sitting in the surf letting her dress get wet. It didn't take long for her long dress to get really wet, but she didn't mind. That had been her plan since she arrived at the wedding.
