Sunlight sparkled on the gentle canals that wove through Greenstone Township, reflecting the aquamarine hues of the canals along walk ways lining their banks. Above it all, the magnificent emerald castle, the town's namesake, rose majestically, its polished stones seeming to glow from within. It was a place of serene beauty, where the water's soft lapping was the loudest sound to be heard.
