Different women posing with cars in the morning, evening and night. They were rendered separately, spliced together and then upscaled. Where it lists the prompt, I think it'll have all three combined. To separate them out, just keep in mind that each of the separate images started with "pinup portrait" and then were slightly different for the different parts of the day.
