- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup minus 1 finger of oil (about 180ml)
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1½ packets baking powder (about 15g)
- Flour (as needed for a smooth dough)
Instructions:

Whisk eggs, vanilla, sugar, oil, and butter until combined.

Add cornstarch, cocoa powder, and baking powder; mix well.

Gradually add flour until you get a smooth, soft dough.

Shape the dough as desired. For the traditional look, press the top of the dough balls with a fork to create lines. (to get this shape) :

Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden (around 15-20 minutes)
