"Flux Schnell" is able to depict words and short sentences (while "Dreamshaper" is not) - but as longer the senteces are or as more "complicated" letter combinations you use, the more fails you will get. 

I think "Google Imagen", "Flux Pro" and "Dall-E 3" are all "better" with senteces but they are more expensive / only for NC-Pro-subscribers...
