Thanks so much. I hope that one day you’ll get a better grip on your insomnia. It might not help you, but I watch ASMR videos before bed, or whenever I need to fall asleep, and it always works for me. It feels like a mental shelter—my safe space.

Thank you for the lovely suggestion. I usually use white noise to try help get in a zone (Well a custom mix I put together an an app with layered seascapes, calm storm sounds, rain and meditative style open chords)

 On the brighter side (Trying to stay looking at it that way!) it sometimes helps with creating in the weirdest ways 😅
