Actually, 2 Samuel 6:11 says: "Wearing a linen ephod, David was dancing before the Lord with all his might, ..." So he was wearing an ephod, which is a priestly garment. Not underwear.
But the image is still wrong. It shows the Ark on an ox cart, drawn by oxen. In fact, the ark was being carried by men from the Kohathites tribe. When they had tried to take the ark on an ox cart before, tragedy struck: Uzzah died. That was three months BEFORE the scene in this image. In the meantime, it seems David had read the law of Moses again, and found out how to transport the ark correctly. Si this image is wrong.
It also depicts people playing modern harps, but those were not invented until more than 1500 years later. The "harp" used back then was a simple "deca-chord" with ten strings. Much smaller than a modern harp. The text does not even mention harps: only trumpets. So it is wring on that count as well.
