Ingredients:

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups lemon juice
• 3 cups water
• 1 cup cornstarch

Instructions:

• In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the ingredients until the sugar dissolves completely.
• Gradually add the cornstarch while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
• Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and becomes smooth and heavy.
• Pour the mixture into a lightly greased dish or one lined with parchment paper.
• Let it cool in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until firm.
• Once set, cut into cubes and coat each piece in cornstarch to prevent sticking
