Kali Neelam is one of the most powerful, yet most limited, superheroines that I'm developing. Going to a store alone in order to buy a candy bar would be a grand adventure for her. Yet she could disable a tank in under a second.
Kali Neelam is neurodivergent: autism combined with severe aphasia. Fortunately, she can read lips, read and write at a basic level, and she knows sign language. She can recognize some command words -- much like a military-grade attack dog.
Although she can't speak coherently, everyone knows when she's upset at you!
