It's beautiful but not what you had in mind, so I would recommend that you put the subject of the prompt before the style and describe the scene you want more precisely.

eg: A lone samurai stands poised in a tranquil Japanese countryside, his katana gleaming under the fading light of dusk, cherry blossoms frozen mid-fall around him, while a shadowy adversary looms in the distance amidst swaying bamboo, their confrontation captured in a still, tense moment. Minimalist composition, Studio Ghibli, blue sky, painting thick brushwork, meticulous attention to detail, mixed media, radiant hues, dramatic lighting.

You could also use a Preset like 2.5D Anime

Also activate the automatic negative prompt with this mode by clicking on Advanced mode activate = > Advanced Prompt Editor => use default negative prompt
