Oh snap that would be dope! Now i will have to have a deep dive as well. Have you watched Godfather of Harlem? It's based on Bumpy Johnson. Not a bad watch.

Never watched it, mainly because nothing will come close to the excellence of The Wire lol. I do know a bit about the back story. 

Malcolm X (more of a community driven leader than MLK imho) being in it interests me. I might give it a crack.
