Personally,  keep original and adjust color settings &  only that one visible.

Original have a bit of "mystical & seductive"  feeling. But that’s only my reaction. 

Thank you very much. I think you nailed it.  Not a Goth fan myself but there are many entries you can submit with this type of trend. The only one I avoid is sci-fi unless they are cities.

Try tone gothic down as bit by either:
1. (Gothic:0.3) 
2. Inspired by greg rutkowski and monet. Purple hue.
3. Replace Gothic with Victorian 
4.  Try different combinations of artists
