Old Man Coyote is a recurring character in the mythology of the Crow Indians. He is often viewed as a trickster god. Not to say he is not revered, for it was he who is responsible for all of creation. In his divine form, he is known as Old Man Sun, and his earthly for is that of Old Man Coyote.
