The phone call, part 1 (image story in the description)

She had stepped away from the rest of the group to answer the phone. Looking for a place that was quiet, she ducked into the hotel pool. As she paced around the pool while on the phone, she began flirting with the steps at the shallow end of the pool. At first it was just the top step covering her toes and wetting the hems of her jeans. But as her call progressed she had stepped down step with the water now halfway to her knees. She played on the step as she talked take another step deeper into the pool and wading back and forth in the knee deep water. Finally her call ended and she realized she had started to wade into the pool. She set her phone down and took another step deeper into the pool. Suddenly she remembered her group and climbed out. As she stood on the edge with all of her jeans and part of her jacket wet, she wondered how she would explain.
