a couple months ago Berthal signed a deal to return, so its coming back late 2024 but like you said with Disney plus, i really like this creation freakn awesome!! 

I think though its not going to be the punisher season 3 its going to be a Collab with daredevil again!! they are continuing the daredevil series and the punisher will be in it. 

I loved this series with Frank Castle, but Disney bought it out and haven't seen it since.

So, just thought I would create something in it's memory.
