In my experience Nightcafe and some other generators are very hesitant to actually cover the face. I think they're aware that Face ... Fixation... is a thing, and try to avoid it when possible. I've also seen a "jazz this prompt up" specifically remove a 'covered face" in favor of an "except the face". I have some protips or suggestions (that amount to "other services are less picky about that" but I have a heck of a time trying to get some Face Action for my own... Specific Interests.
