UFO fleet flew over the Whitehouse, over L.A and both are heavily populated areas. The only reason to do that isn't a display of power.. it's a display of we don't care. What are you going to do because we don't care? Maybe they learned that humans are a threat and watch us to make sure we don't act aggressively against them? But then why shoot at them if you don't know what they are?
