A wondrous series of tents and mechanical attractions arose outside of town one night; the performers displaying fantastic displays of daring and skill; and the foods so delightful their flavors still fill me with craving. 

Seven days did the shows go on and the performances only grew more entertaining as I continued to show up each night. Each day it seemed like the carnival only grew and grew adding new tents and shows until it seemed that I could not visit all attractions in one day. 

Eventually, I fell asleep resting upon the hay and dreamed sweat dreams surrounded by the laughter and joyous screams until I was awoken hours later. Now I understand why the carnival was so confounding as I found myself in Tír na nÓg but instead of being entertained I am instead the performer.
