The Ballroom "Pre"

"Opening the large wooden door from the murky outside world, I was taken aback by the view that appeared in front of me, the large ballroom was filled with bright light from the chandelier above the crystals making rainbow patterns which danced across the floor decorated in colourful tile, or was it marble? Regardless it shone beautiful and glimmered under the light, portraits and art filled the walls, the staircase the main centerpiece as it were, was brandished with a deep red carpet ,the handrails as intricately carved as the door they lead up seemed to stretch in forver all the way up and around leading to balconies over looking the room littered with doors leading to many different rooms with who knows what adventures lay behind them."
