To evaluate the armadillo, it is worth looking at it longer. It's amazing how his body is detailed and then in a completely different way, but his little armor is detailed in nuances. And the background is a separate layer. When people vote for this, very few people take the time to look at it.

You're probably right. I think some of us do (I know I do), but it's probably a silent minority. I appreciate your input and evaluative skills.

I think these are the peculiarities of human perception. I really like looking at other people's creations. I prefer to try to create an inspired image and what I want to build on my own, rather than a puzzle or an investigation. If I can't get along, I look at other prompts and create them by mixing them with my own ideas.

I definitely choose the snail ! First of all, because I'm biased and I love them. Secondly, its colors are much more cheerful, and here and there it shines very nicely. There are much more patterns on it. These are all appreciated. Let's say more popular traits. Another argument in favor of snail is that it is a much better known creature than the armadillo. I have observed that it is not worth putting complex or interpretative works in competition, because there is little time for this level of perception.

I agree with that last statement. I know it's not true, but I try to think of the audience as children when submitting. Thanks for your input.
