Alstarra, The Witch Queen

Alstarra was the wife of King Kozakk of the Kingdom of Zulosh. When her husband sucked all life out of the realm and it's people she became his Witch Queen. Bestowed with powers from her husband she became immortal like him. Over time though she lost her beauty and became the hag she is today.

She is obsessed with finding any magic that can restore her former beauty and she steals beautiful maidens from the nearby Haunting Valley in an effort to steal their beauty. It works...for a time and then she repeats this process.
