She found an artifact that didn’t fit into any of the prevailing theoretical constructs. But it was pretty. She kept it propped up in a potted plant, facing east.
As the Medusa star, Algol, rose in the constellation of Taurus, a slow transformation began. However it took weeks for her to connect the artifact with her reorganization into an Arcturian form. By then, the changes were irreversible.
