It’s a terrible thing!  Here in Oregon hopefully they would have sent a team of social workers, at least in some cities.  But people in crisis have been murdered by the cops here, too. And he definitely escalated the situation and never should have been hired!!  He could have just said we don’t see any prowlers, and left the woman alone!!!  

I can't believe he just murdered her, because he didn't understand what rebuke means! He was a total condescending d!ck to her from the first second. Ugh! It is awful. Her poor family.
