New Years Eve was her yearly swan song.
This woman did more for equal rights than anyone I know. I've watched her, blind drunk, drive a municipal garbage truck into a river, abandon it, and swim to the nearest pub to host a fresh round of drinks!
She was a real treasure! More often than not, she would give the local kids nips, harangue local bartenders for cutting her off, and force perfectly innocent people at knife point to drive her home.
I will always love and miss you Aunty Drunk...
