Yes, and that wasn't easy. It's actually a blown up DreamShaper v8. But it bombed in the original challenge, for it wasn't portraying him as known from the series, but a made up deleted scene of a scene that should have been filmed. This never goes well in Star Trek challenges at voting time, but I do Star Trek creations for myself.

To save the Doctor from hostile aliens, Seven of Nine uploaded him into her cybernetic Borg matrix. Originally, there were scenes actually showing the Doctor's experience inside the Borrg matrix. But they got cut for two reasons: 

1. Suspense: Viewers should think intially, the Doctor as died. Yeah. As if...

2.  Problems of consistency.  The world inside was much more sinister than the light hearted, often comedic tone on the outside.

The reality behind this: The episode exists. The deleted scenes are made up.
