Space suits are commonly generated with American flag patches because I think there's a lot of images of NASA astronauts in the system's datasets. I've actually had to add "American_Flag" to my negative prompt only because I'm bothered by the flag looking wrong all the time. Still a great space image, though. Reminds me of one I tried with a cat astronaut:
