Thank you much for the thoughtful reply. The image was created for a "Wedgewood Jasperware" challenge. The result is simply where my stream of consciousness meandered to at the time. In life generally, I'm very much aware of the double-edged sword aspect of the quote. It can easily take a negative turn wherein we foolishly attach moral values to things based on mere personal and cultural prejudices. On the other hand, if it reminds us to ask whether or not there is truth in what we choose to call beautiful, the idea could help us both to sharpen and deepen our aesthetic sense. 

Nicely said. To me, beauty is like love, or peace. It's literally what we are made of. And the poem is so about this, how art can transcend the so-called objective "world" and gift us with a glimpse of the truth, which may be what our deepest essence is.
