Superheroes Are The Worst

Seems like every rich family in the city has at least one eccentric member who likes to dress up and fight crime these days...

...and by "fight crime" I mean terrorize the poor, which is pretty much anyone who doesn't live up in the Hills. The city is just their playground and the rest of us are only inconsequential characters in their games.

Police?

Privatized by the families a few years back. They just shrug their shoulders and try to manage the collateral damage, as if to say "What do you want us to do? They own us."

Media's no better.

Too busy spinning their antics to sell us action figures and sponsorships.

They never show the people buried under the rubble of a collapsed building from a play-fight with some visiting rich kid "villain" or the poor shmuck who was vaporized while walking home from work.

Sad thing is, a lot of people who should know better still love them...

My advice?

You see one of these "superheroes" on your street, you find somewhere else to be, quick.
