On Kandahar Station, in orbit around Mars, these officers keep the peace. Pictured here is Lt. Jack Davison wearing the station's riot armor, a Pax Robotica Quietus exosuit modified with extra forensics modules. In addition to its normal abilities, the suit is practically a mobile forensics lab, able to easily pick up on fingerprints, DNA and other biomarkers. His practiced trigger discipline is seen as he watches his assigned area for criminal activity.
In the wake of the riots over Station Security's killing of Shinji Hideki, a man having a panic attack because his AI girlfriend went offline, the station has come under media scrutiny. Lt. Davison was profiled in a Galaxy Today documentary on the killing, in which he was asked how the situation could have been handled better. He replied "I don't know, man. These guys really believe these AI girls love them. It's like their religion."
