It's not being a pain, idk. It's way more deep problem. The thing is, internet friends are never like person in real life. Our brain sees texts, it feels worries of people and their support. But eyes and skin feel nothing. That's such a confusing feeling for our organism prepared for tactile sensations, for feeling the warmth around. And even you have irl friends, it's still not a guarantee to escape it. We, humans, are communicative, we can't live alone normally, we need someone 24/7. And yet, the modern world says "No" leaving our psyche in confusion.
