Artavious & The Sapphire Nemesis

a spellcaster that has inadvertently awoken the divine-thaumaturge artifact of the ancient war-wizard Elias Montehughe. This weapon & armor combo allows its wielder to designate a threat & it records any battles with these beings. Once the recording ends (can record info for up to one month per target, can be set for 24hr recording increments). Once the recording time is met for each threat, Sapphire Nemesis compiles and compresses the information into a battle plan. The wielder is alerted to the presence of any designated threats that enter 150 ft of the items. The wielder can then speak the command word "execute" & the "perfected" plan created by the Sapphire Nemesis is auto executed with no action required by the wielder until all threats are eliminated or all of the power in the artifact is temporarily exhausted. the armor also allows the wielder to battle in melee by controlling the body directly, should enemies get too close.
