I did yoga / 5BX to two CD players like that, high energy music really helps with that physical focus.

Once while swimming they were practising Sync Swimming in the Olympic pool, belting out Tina Turner through underwater speakers - that was a surreal sensation - doing my 50 m underwater hypoxic training immersed in top music
