The Conflagration Ooze is a massive pudding of flame, barely held together by a transparent membrane. It radiates intense heat and occasionally bursts with fiery eruptions. Unlike most oozes, it possesses a degree of intellect, enabling it to form basic strategies and hoard treasure. Often found in caverns near volcanoes, it revels in destruction, spreading panic as entire regions are consumed in its fiery path. It can immobilize opponents with spell-like abilities and grapples its prey, infusing them with a deadly fiery toxin that converts their blood into liquid flame​​.
