City of Slow Shadows: Antonia and Lucretia Severino, Sky Pirates

Antonia Severino (pictured front) is the daughter of first generation Italian Americans living in Brooklyn, New York. Enamored with tales of the mysterious City of Slow Shadows, she moved up North to that strange city-state and got a job waiting tables at the Harlequin Hideaway Floating restaurant. Soon her sister, Lucretia, joined her and they discovered how corrupt the city truly was. Disgusted when Lucretia was harassed by an oily old Plutocrat at the restaurant, they quit, but not before befriending the technician who maintained the balloon that kept the establishment aloft. Pooling their resources, they purchased an old airship from him, christened their craft The Devil's Dandelion, and took to the skies as aerial Robin Hoods. Now they have an opportunity to strike their old place of work and are determined to get their revenge.
