Horror stories force us to confront our darkest fears but we follow along through the eyes and in the footsteps of an Investigator.

In this challenge I invite you to show us who investigates things that lurk in the dark, whether investigator of a crime, a haunting the predation of a monster or an investigator of the Eldritch Cthulhu Mythos. It might be an author, a priest, a doctor, parapsychologist, police detective or just some nosey kids who stumble on a mystery. Whoever it is, and wherever they're from, a film, series, novel or videogame or something else, show us your best horror investigators.
