How do you imagine this day? What pictures comes to your mind? On Maundy Thursday, Jesus gathered with His disciples for the Last Supper. He humbly washed their feet, teaching them love and service. During the meal, He instituted the Holy Communion, saying, "This is my body" and "This is my blood." He foretold that Judas would betray Him and that Peter would deny Him three times.

After supper, Jesus went to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray in deep agony. There, He was arrested following Judas’ betrayal with a kiss. This marked the beginning of His Passion.
