Transporter Malfunctions (Star Trek)

Create scenes depicting a Starfleet crew-member using the Transporting Device... and something went wrong!

You could for example create character combinations (as famously happened when Neelix and Tuvok became Tuvix), or transporter duplicates (like when Riker was turned into two), the horrific messes when someone materialised inside-out (like on The Motion Picture), and other effects featured such as being half beamed into a wall, being fried, being switched with an evil Mirror version (Like Kirk), being made younger or older (Like for Picard), seeing monsters in the energy steam (Like Barclay saw) etc etc.

You can use existing Star Trek characters, or you can create your own. Any era of Star Trek is acceptable.
