🦉💫✨LEGO tidal wave (credit prizes, uploads allowed)

Sometimes life hits you like a tidal wave and you don't have time to host and then everyone leaves your room and you never get boosted again... So, as an incentive I will round up the prizes to boosted level and tip 17 credits to first, 12 credits to second, and 4 credits to third. (Split in cases of three-way or more ties.) If last place is on theme, I will tip it 1 credit as a consolation.

Challenge theme: Create a scene with a literal or metaphorical tidal wave but the majority of the scene is made out of LEGO's
