Stable Diffusion 1.5, developed by the CompVis group at Ludwig Maximilian University with support from Stability AI, Runway, EleutherAI, and LAION, is an open-source text-to-image model released in October 2022. Built on a latent diffusion architecture, it generates 512x512 pixel images from text prompts, leveraging the LAION-2B dataset for training.
It produces photorealistic portraits, stylized illustrations, and fantasy art but may struggle with complex multi-subject prompts, human limbs, or non-English prompts due to dataset limitations. Widely adopted for its accessibility, it remains a benchmark for artists and creators exploring creative styles.
On NightCafe, Stable Diffusion 1.5 offers a dependable platform, enabling users to craft diverse visuals with straightforward prompts.

Yes, its simple prompting on NightCafe makes it accessible for beginners creating varied visuals.
It may struggle with limbs, non-English prompts, or intricate scenes due to LAION-2B dataset biases.
lo he usado algunas veces, pero quisiera que ofrecieran la posibilidad de ocultar los modelos que uno no usa regularmente
Very strange model, the pictures don’t conform to prompts at all🤷🏻♀️
if you're having subpar results on SD 1.5, try changing the sampling method. K_EULER_ANCESTRAL creates a very different image than the default (DDIM). K_HEUN and K_LMS are good too, plus SD 1.5 is free so you can experiment with different sampling methods. I love to evolve the best SD1.5 images with other models such as Fluently, or clarity upscale them. I think this model is underrated!
