This would be an awesome tree to have on your front lawn and or backyard. 

yess, haha... my great-grandfather had a massive walnut tree at the back of the house, and the gypsy kids from a nearby gypsy camp would be in there all the time, stealing the nuts. He would shake his wooden walking stick at them. If we had had a gallows tree, they wouldn't have dared!!!

To bad he didn't have one on his property,  be a pretty good deterrent haha.
