ORIGIN: Once known across the infernal realms as Malgrith the Destroyer, this demon-lord carved a path of carnage through the Wastes of Urdak and the mortal spheres beyond. A tyrant of flame and steel, his name alone was whispered with fear by even the higher echelons of Hell. Yet, in the endless slaughter, something fractured within him—some say it was exposure to a shattered shard of Argent energy, embedded in his core after a battle with the Night Sentinels.

That wound became a seed of doubt. And from doubt… came rebellion.

REDEMPTION: Malgrith turned on his own legions during the Siege of Nekrath and was eventually captured—not slain—by the Sentinels. While many called for his execution, the Doom Slayer sensed something unspoken. Rather than cast him down, the Slayer offered him purpose.

Now bound not by oath but by will, Malgrith fights alongside the Slayer—not for vengeance, nor redemption, but to obliterate the Hell he once helped build.
