Same seed 2x2 matrix: short/long hair x with/without vests.

Vests are tough for AI -- the trickier the pattern, the less likely they are to be there. So sometimes I have to burn credits. Here I forgot to specify them for my freebie so I thought it'd be neat to do a 2x2 matrix.
