This collection is part of my study of overlaying, a technique I first became acquainted with through @justrob. Overlaying works like placing a milky glass sheet over an image: it filters, refracts, and enriches the scene with hidden layers. 

This experiment within the collection consistently uses simple base prompts — always open — combined with a unique overlay texture, ranging from mist and ripples to honeycomb structures and painterly marks. These overlays create shifting atmospheres that move between reality and dream.

The newer works expand this approach by incorporating fusions of different artistic styles, evolving the overlay technique into a layered dialogue between texture, form, and visual language.
