I had to chuckle when I saw this. An old friend of mine, from before most folks had internet (it existed, but it took an entire day to send one CAD drawing a decade after she and I were first cohorts in silliness... sooo yeah), and I were chatting away, 6 time zones apart (She's an ex-pat these days). So anyway, apparently there's some big sci-fi con going on over there in Britain, and she's going, of course (envy). Her big thing happens to be costuming. All she had, for the time allotted, was some lavender fabric. At the time she had forgotten about that episode(and I am no trivia master), but she made the uniform in ST-ish stile anyway (when she found out there indeed was a lavender uniform, she gritched that she had the wrong neckline! 😆). Anyway, believe me that's the reader's digest version of the conversation. So I saw this, had a good chuckle, and had to share the link with her. 👍🏽
