Do you love fractals too?  I really love how fractals enhance images, but sometimes they go too far.  I think one key to using fractals well is to have a short run time, otherwise you often get nebula Mandala style art, which can be gorgeous as well, but I usually try to keep an recognizable image.  Sometimes I put a fractal up to a long runtime on purpose to get this artistic nebula style!

This is only one of the symptoms of a cPTSD (as a result of one-time or recurrent traumatisation). - And IED is also one of the  symptoms of several kinds of disorders. The new EMDR-trauma-therapies are helpful, unfortunately there are at the moment not many skilled therapists for good EMDR-therapy. - One of our friends has these problems, bec. of recurrent trauma and neglect in childhood, by emotional unavailable caregivers. EMDR is a good trauma-therapy, it takes time and effort, and patience, but it's worth it.

I follow this therapist online and she was giving a brief overview of this. I was inspired to create.
